Shipping & Dispatch Policy

1. Dispatch Commitment
1- We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours After confirmation.
2- In the event of stock unavailability or technical issues, we commit to informing the customer within 48 working hours .
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Karachi: Within 2 working days after dispatch.
Rest of Pakistan: Within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Third-Party Logistics
While we partner with reputable couriers, Seastar Watches is not liable for delays caused by the courier service due to external factors. This includes, but is not limited to:
Extreme weather conditions.
Political instability or strikes.
Unexpected logistical bottlenecks.
Accountability: If we fail to dispatch within the promised time or fail to inform you of a delay within 48 working hours, we accept full responsibility. However, once an item is dispatched on time, subsequent delivery delays by the courier do not fall under our liability
Packaging: Standard boxes/bags are free compliments. We do not accept claims for missing or damaged packaging during transit unless Premium Packaging was purchased.
Order Cancellation by Seastar Watches
Seastar Watches reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or delivery constraints, with the contract only finalized upon dispatch. If our terms do not align with your requirements, we reserve the right to decline the transaction and will issue a full refund immediately.
