Return & Exchange Eligibility:
You can return the watch within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling fees).
Any watch that fails quality inspection from customer service (scratches, worn, damaged) will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
In case you are not satisfied, return the watch in the same condition as delivered, without using it. Include all packing materials, user manuals, and accessories (if provided).
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
What We Need to Process a Return/Exchange:
Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
