Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Seastar watches.

You can return or exchange products within 7 days of delivery.

For return or exchange, the customer must send the parcel back to us.

The courier charges for sending the parcel will be paid by the customer.

If you want to exchange your watch, you will need to pay Rs. 200 for Karachi and Rs. 300 for other cities as delivery charges for the new parcel.

Items must be unused, undamaged, free from scratches, and in original packaging with all accessories (box and warranty card).

Refunds or exchanges will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
